Welcome to the Face amusement 2023-2024 annual enrollment guide

Face Amusement is holding an off-cycle benefits enrollment and all benefit changes will become effective 10/1/2023. The next Annual Enrollment will be held next fall for a 1/1/2025 effective date.

Listed below are the upcoming changes to Face Amusement’s Benefits Package.

  • Humana Medical Insurance will be changing to Tennessee BCBS
  • Delta Dental Insurance will be changing to Tennessee BCBS
  • Delta Vision Insurance will be changing to Tennessee BCBS
  • Teledoc service provider is changing to Recuro Health. If you are enrolled under one of Face Amusement’s BCBS of TN Medical plan options you will remain enrolled under the Teledoc provider. There is no action on your part for this change.
  • Prescription Drug Notice: If you currently have any mail order or existing maintenance prescription drugs you will need to request updated prescriptions from your Doctor to have them refilled.

What steps do you need to take?

Option 1) If you DO NOT wish to make any changes to your benefits and are presently enrolled in Medical, Dental or Vision coverages you will be automatically enrolled into the corresponding coverage under Tennessee Blue Cross Blue Shield for a 10/1/2023 effective date.

NOTE: If you have a current HSA or FSA account your current elected contribution amounts will remain the same through 12/31/23 and roll over into 2024, you do not need to take any further action. If you wish to make a change to your contributions, you may request the change during this Annual Enrollment, however the contribution changes will not take effect until 1/1/24.

Option 2) If you DO wish to make changes to your current benefits please schedule a phone appointment with a Licensed Benefits Counselor to assist with your enrollment. A Benefits Counselor will contact you on the date and time you choose through the scheduling link below. You do not need to be in front of a computer to enroll over the phone.
